Why do my burned CDs not play in my CD player?

So you can easily burn a CD mix of your favorite music for a road trip you and your friends are ongoing. You play the disc back to your computer, everything works like a charm. He could have also tried to play it again on your new home stereo, and just like on your computer, it works well. From the head, the CD drive was purchased in 1998, and ......... nothing. The wheel turns and not only get playback. I had this happen on numerous occasions. And alwayswondered why my game on some CD players not yet on the other? There are some other things that factor.

Before CD-R vs. CD-RW.
We recommend you to burn audio CD to CD-Rs, CD-RW (rewritable CDs). Some players will be the latest CD-RW discs. But for the most part, the majority of CD audio CD-R.

Second recording speed.
Each brand of CD-R has a certified maximum burn speed as a multiple of the reflectionAudio playback speed. Thus, a disc certified at 24x can to 24 times faster than the audio CD will be spinning when it is played will be burned. You have the burn rate in your software to copy CDs on the specific record, or data are not reliable written. This may jump, or CD-R to play at a certain point and then move the stop. Ideally you want to burn the CD below the rate certified to take account of manufacturing defects in the recorder ordisc.

Third Brand of CD-R
If you've been burning CDs for a while, you probably noticed that some brands of CD-Rs work well in some players and some do not. The CD-R discs are considered to be "burnt". If you burn a CD-R, a focused laser beam darkens the hair dye on your hard disk to simulate bumps and flat spots that are generated on a replicated disc. (For more information about the differences between burning (CD duplication) and pressing (CD replication), please read my lastArticle.

Unfortunately, sometimes the imitation is not perfect. And if you have an old CD player that was not designed to play CD-R, will not always play with confidence.

With all these resources is not a complete guide for troubleshooting your CD burning problems. But it should at least give a little more look at the damn, why do you mix CDBruce did not play in your car or home stereo! My best advice is to burn your CDs according to the maximum authorized rate of firing (less if possible), and try different brands of CD until you find works best in your reader.
